  Basic Massage:   Includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Stretching. Swedish massage is the manipulation of soft tissues through five different techniques: effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration, and tapotement. Deep Tissue utilzes slower strokes and deeper pressure to release chronic patterns of tension in deeper layers of muscle tissue. Stretching is used to elongate and lengthen the muscles, increase flexibility at the joint, improve posture & body alignment and aid in the prevention of injury.

Hot Stone Massage:   the application of heated stones that originate from black volcanic rock known as "Basalt" . Basic massage techniques are used to warm up the tissues and then hot stones are placed in different energy centers "chi". While selected stones are rested on the body, other stones of select sizes and shapes are used to massage other areas of the body.

Reflexology: deep pressure applied to specific spots on the feet, hands and ears to stimulate corresponding areas in other parts of the body.

Lomi Lomi: Is an ancient Hawaiian healing art that incorporates long & broad massage strokes by utilizing the forearm, palms, hands, and elbow as well as a rocking motion. It is thought to be an energetic spiritual treatment known to the Hawaiian natives in letting go of stress, unconditional love, and opening the heart to harmony, acceptance, and healing.

Cupping: Is a traditional chinese technique that applies suction cups to targeted parts of the body to increase blood circulation and promote natural healing. Underlying tissue is sucked up by a vacuum like device into the suction cups where it is elevated and turns red. The amount of dark red or even purple indicates the degree of stagnation. Which in modern times indicates the amount of toxins in the blood. It is thought to detoxify the body by bringing blood flow to the surface allowing any impurities and toxins to escape through the superficial surface.

Chair Massage:   Unsing basic massage techniques, sitting on a portable chair, and  fully clothed.
